Build: Raine's body is toned but not very muscular
General likes: Photography, horses, singing, most languages, dancing around for no reason, laughing, smiling, joking around, friends and the colour blue.
General dislikes: Getting tackled by her brother, acting, reptiles (you'll always hear her scream if she sees one), bitterness and coffee.
Personality: Raine is a bouncy, flamboyant, spontaneous and optimistic girl. She's got a lot going on in her head so its no surprise that she'll always got plenty of energy to spare. Not only does she love to laugh but she also loves to make other people laugh. You just have to crack a smile around this girl in order not to disappoint. She doesn't generally judge anyone by first impressions but she's a girl from the city so she tends to make a few assumptions.
Although she's got plenty of love to throw around, Raine has a mean temper. Its sometimes very easy to get her temper flaring and at other times you might as well be talking to the wall. She changes her personality from time to time. She's one of those girls who has her highs and her lows but is generally pleasant. Even when she's sad she'll crack a joke and try to get the other person to smile. Or if she needs some cheering up herself she'll turn the music up real loud and dance her heart out, even if she looks like a total idiot.
Raine speaks her mind and although she might hesitate sometimes, she will eventually come out with it. She's also highly observant and picks up on the emotions of whomever she's with, exactly like a little kid can. Maybe she's got a little kid bouncing around inside of her but its just part of the charm.
History: Well, let's see. She grew up in Los Angeles with parents that had everything. They provided their little girl with all the barbies her little heart could desire, even a dollhouse that was bigger than her. She was never totally spoiled but her parents did overload on the toys and such. Rai was always grateful for those things and was a sweet little thing. She was easily influenced and was drawn into the crowds of fashion freaks at school. Because of her lively personality she was a lovable girl, and demanded the attention of her peers. She'd get the teachers wrapped around her finger and charm them with her smile. She was sweet but the girl had a vicious bite.
During high school she dated a couple of guys, never going as far with them as they wanted which usually ended up in another heart break - and it wasn't their heart that was aching. Rai took it to heart when she was dumped but eventually hardened herself against it and it became a bit easier for her. She had two really good friends - Sarah and Hazel. They were just as bright as her and they shopped 'til they dropped, ate salads and gossiped. No, they weren't Gossip Girls, they were just teenage girls. The only subject that suffered in her high school career was her art. She loved it to bits but no one had the heart to tell her that she sucked, until of course Hazel blurted it out. That caused a disruption in the friendship for a little while but soon the best friends were back together.
Raine's parents did give her a sibling. When she was three her parents had another kid, a son in fact. Justin was naughty as a kid and became a rebellious, outspoken teenager. He was always challenging his parents, not always getting it right with the girls but he did lose his virginity when he was sixteen. That Rai never let down because she thought it was the funniest thing she'd ever heard. It had been with Elizabeth Carter, who, let's say didn't have the most beautiful personality around. Raine and Justin were always close despite her brothers rebelliousness, and she was in charge of protecting him. At elementary school she had defended him against bullies and was there for him in high school when he broke down every now and again. They both smoked and yes, their parents knew. Although Justin was the only serious drinker. Raine liked her martinis but not that much.
Tragedy struck the duo when their parents died. At a bank heist the bullets were flying when the robbers opened fire on their hostages. Their father had tried shielding his wife but the bullet when through his shoulder, through his heart and he'd dropped dead right on her. Their mother screamed and she landed up with a bullet to the head. It was a massacre of the innocents and Justin really lost it afterwards. Although heartbroken Raine had to try and comfort him, to keep him from doing something stupid. He stayed in LA, whilst Rai moved down to Westin, Nevada to be with her grandmother. Justin promised he'd come down to Westin soon. Raine is dealing with something big - her heart is broken. She's lost both her parents in one go and at such an early age. Their funeral was only days before she moved and recovering from all the pain is overwhelming, but she's still smiling. Sort of.
