When you're looking for new tack, imported or locally made, a hay supplier or anything to do with horses, you're most likely to find it here.

Westin is even equipped with a large Walmart.

Along one of Westin's main roads, this garage is self-service but the diner is full of friendly waitresses. The old rock and roll theme, with a little Elvis, is like something out of an old movie.

If you've never been in the Hillbilly Bar, then you just haven't been around, have you? Owned by one of the toughest girls in town, this bar isn't missing a thing. Its got an all wood interior and has fierce barmen who don't scare easily, if at all. Its also well-known for its pool and pizza. A lot of the locals prefer this bar to Le Petite Paris.

From horrors to romance, this drive-in shows three movies every night on the weekends, from six o'clock to the early hours of the morning. On weekdays it shows one movie just after seven o'clock.

Whatever you're looking for, this rodeo has it. Barrel racing to riding some of the biggest bulls around, you wouldn't want to miss a thing whenever the show is on. The rodeo is owned by Harley Venson, one of the biggest names in rodeo and one of the best riders too.

Swings, slides, round-a-bouts you name it, this place has got it.

This french-theme restaurant is adorned with gold and a deep red. Its expensive, more than most of the locals can afford but when you've got the money, this is definitely where you go.

For all of your little tots, this daycare center provides a service from 7 o'clock to 5 o'clock at night on weekdays and from 8 o'clock to 7 o'clock on weekends.

Raven Primary School takes children from the ages of 7 to 13. They are well known for their little school plays that they put on during the year.

From the ages of 13 to 18, every single kid in this high school goes to the football matches. You'll hear them chanting their teams names from miles away. There are two football teams, The Reds and The Bulls. There is also one major school production hosted by the Drama Club every year.

There are various wings in this hospital depending on the severity of injuries. There is the emergency room, a wing for bites and stings, fractures and breaks, illnesses and general check-ups.

This is the home of Wyatt, his daughter, their guests and the beloved Gunner. It contains four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a kitchen, a lounge and a dining room. It isn't any fancy and has no modern decor. Its exactly what you would expect of a ranch house. On the outside it is painted white and on the inside it is a light beige.

This is the home of all the ranch hands that stay on Silver Stag property. It has two bathrooms and five sets of double bunk beds. It is also equipped with a small kitchen. It is not painted but is made out of dark wood from the local carpentry.

The first barn is a barn for the male horses. There's twenty stalls as well as two wash stalls. The outside of the barn is dark green with white trim.

The second barn is for mares and foals. There's twenty stalls, five birthing stalls, and two wash stalls. The barn is painted dark blue with cream colored trim.

The mountains are home to the ever fierce mountain lion and was named after the man who died after being bitten by a deadly snake. He was the towns mayor at the time. There is a variety of wildlife, such as snakes, deer, eagles and on the occasion, wild horses.

The Taimanen River serves as a border around the west of the town, stretching far beyond Westin. It is only a few meters wide in some places but reaches over a kilometer wide in others. It has streams branching off of it, referred to be the locals as "Tiny Manens". There is a section of the river that runs between two of the Rickshaw mountains. It is a fairly excluded place surrounded by large boulders and is somewhat of a "safe haven". Predators do not usually roam here and because of the many rocks and sand acting as filtration the water is safe to drink. It also has a special name - Tabby rocks. It gets this name after an infamous wild cat, a tabby of course, that would sunbathe on these large boulders during all seasons of the year.

The Red River was the sister of the Taimanen River but after a heavy drought, it never regained its water mass. Occasionally you might find a little water from a stream here but it is not common. It serves no purpose but is quite peaceful and proves promising for camping and trail rides.

The nearest BLM is a five hour drive from Westin. It is fairly large, accommodating about 100 horses at a time, as well as other animals. It sometimes collects horses from Westin's local herd and those horses are always adopted by Westin's own residents.
