Jacob Forester
Full name: Jacob Tanner Forester
Nicknames:Jake, JT
Gender:Male.
Age:Twenty two.
Nationality:Shoshone and Irish.
Hair:Black, slightly wavy and messy, but somehow holds a signature style.
Eyes:Coppery hazel.
Height: 6'3"
Weight:161lbs.
Build: Jake has the build of a guy who's been around horses his whole life. His muscles aren't from a gym, or trying to look cooler- they're from hard work.
General likes:Working with horses, training yearlings, Quarter Horses, monster trucks, rodeos.
General dislikes: Talking alot, being outsmarted, Thoroughbreds, confined places, dressing up, video games.
Personality: Jake's one of the most protective people you could meet. After he meets you, if you hit it off, and something happens to you, he goes ballistic. He'd do anything to keep the people he cares about safe. Otherwise, he's like a puppy. He loves being around people, so long as he doesn't have to speak alot. What he does say, usually has some importance to it, if it's a long conversation.
History: Jake was born on a cattle ranch in Nevada. He grew up there, doing all the usual labor, including digging irrigation paths, changing pumps, and helping at the BLM. When he turned eighteen, his girlfriend of four years broke his heart. He stopped talking much, but being the youngest of six brothers, he had never really said much anyway. He decided to move out of Nevada and the cold grip it had on his heart, and start new.
Roleplay sample:
"Deheya."
The single word hung in the air as Jake faced the high-stepping bay Quarter Horse. He had named her Deheya-deer in Shoshone- due to her feigned skiddishness and her ability to freeze if anything she didn't know graced her presence.
"Come on, beauty."
He dropped the lead rope, walking up to her and rolling his eyes. She came right to him now that the lead was gone. He slipped a small leather band from his pocket, looping it through the halter and leading her to the rope. Deheya balked, eyes rolling, as Jacob clipped the lead to her halter.
"Knock it off, you freaking sketchball."
His eyes glittered with love of the horse, and she quickly calmed as he lead her to the trailer. A young girl- thirteen, fourteen?- came out of the truck and grinned. "She's really mine now?" Jacob nodded, clenching his jaw. Deheya was the last horse to sell before he could leave. "All yours," He managed to squeeze out. He pressed his hand to Deheya's forehead, lowering his head and closing his eyes.
"Bye, pretty girl."
