can you feel this magic in the air? it must have been the way you kissed me, So, it was a new town and place. New people and stores to visit. This town was…okay and all, but she wanted to be back in Venice. The wonderful scenery and her friends. Why did her father have to move when her mother died? Well, she missed her mother terribly and all, but her father took drastic measures and moved to the United States. She was nineteen and still lived with her father. This was embarrassing. Her father didn’t want her to leave and tempted her to pay for her whole college tuition for her. She couldn’t say no of course. Her family was rich. Alas, her father wasn’t going to just hand her the money to her life. There was always a catch to his plans.
She frowned and then looked down at the little black and white puppy scattering around her feet. Just about one year old the puppy was. So adorable and full of energy. Aristotle couldn’t help but smile at her. The wind started to blow and Princess started to jump around even more. Aristotle zipped up her jacket about half way and continued her little walk. She had a car of course, but she wanted to take a walk with the new puppy. Plus, Ari hadn’t really worked out in a while. She was starting to pack on the sugary snacks again. She knew she wasn’t fat, but a walk or two every now or then couldn’t hurt anyone.
After a few more minutes of puppy madness, she finally saw the playground. The little kids running around, all the slides and swings. She entered the playground and Princess started going insane basically. No barking, but running around with the kids. She looked around and saw the parents laughing and the kids smiling. She smiled and just let Princess run around with the little kids. Ari just went over to the swings. She just put in her iPod and listened to some music. She looked around at all the commotion and wished she was back home. She could be hanging out with her best friend, Alyx. God. Her and Alyx would have the best time at parks/playgrounds.
After five minutes, Princess came running over to her and started biting on her jeans and pulling. She smiled and started to pet the excited puppy. Princess jumped up on her lap and Ari smiled and started to pet her once again.

Word Count: 405 Status: Complete Lyrics: Pushing Me Away by Linkin Park
Justin pulled his hand through his hair, having been used to his bangs which were now gone. He was returning from the barber and there he was with his short hair again. It stood up in a tuft at the front but smoothed down around the back. He played with the style, irritably fluffing it up to get some volume but failing miserably. Justin had been a happy soul during his time in the city but now he was stuck in this town. That's how he always saw it - just being stuck. He loved Raine but his sister was driving him demented. She kept saying that he'd find himself here, that he needed to calm down and get things together. How could he pull anything together if he was being stifled in this claustrophobic place? Horses and gossip. Where were the clubs, the larger than life people and the cocktails? This wasn't a life.
I've lied to you The same way that I always do This is the last smile That I'll fake for the sake of being with you
(Everything falls apart Even the people who never frown Eventually break down) The sacrifice of hiding in a lie (Everything has to end You'll soon find we're out of time left To watch it all unwind) The sacrifice is never knowing
Justin pulled out a pack of cigarettes and pulled one out, letting it sit between his lips whilst he returned the pack and then retrieved his lighter. His cupped his hand over the fag, preventing any wind from blowing it out as he lit the end. He took a puff and the smoke floated out from between his lips, holding the cigarette in his hand then returning it to his lips again. He needed the smoke but his plan failed miserably when he started coughing. He had been smoking more than usual and hitting the whiskey a lot harder. He had to give it all up but that would mean getting his head straight, and it just wasn't going anywhere at this point.
Justin crossed the street and after the short jog he was coughing again. He was still holding the cigarette but suddenly he was put off and he dropped it on the kerb, squashing it with his shoe and leaving it behind. He was wearing a leather jacket over a smooth white top and a pair of Levi jeans and shoes. He was well dressed but Justin felt far from that. He ended up sitting on a bench somewhere in the playground. Then before he knew it he was stretched across the whole length of it, covering his eyes with his arms to protect them from the blaring sun. He breathed out and calmed down his breathing, catching it back after the smoke. Something just had to give.
